After-sales service

Our after-sales team is organized into two major areas: Technical Service and Replacement Parts Supply. Both branches are fully trained to provide the support our customers need.

We have technical staff and local parts supply in each country where we have offices. In addition, the central coordination of Post-Sales is carried out from Corporate Headquarters.

Our Technical Service team has many decades of cumulative experience in all types of equipment, with permanent ongoing training. Carrying out installations, commissioning, operational/maintenance training, production training, transferring knowledge to our customers' staff.

We also provide 24/7 Emergency Technical Service for eventual stops and preventive maintenance contracts to minimize line stops.
